At Cordace, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return process.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, protective seals, and accessories must be intact

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@cordace.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if defective)

Our support team will review your request and provide the return instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or voluntary exchange, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
